These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all quotations, sales, and services provided by Containerbase Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) via the website www.shipping-containers.com.au or otherwise. By purchasing from us or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

• “Customer” means the person or entity purchasing goods or services from us.
• “Goods” means shipping containers and any related products.
• “Services” means delivery, logistics, modifications, or any other related services.

• These Terms apply to all transactions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• No other terms apply unless expressly accepted by us.

• All quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
• A quote is not a binding offer. An order is only accepted upon written confirmation or full/partial payment.
• We reserve the right to withdraw or revise quotes at any time.

• All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• Payment terms are strictly as stated in the invoice (e.g., upfront or net 7 days).
• Late payments may incur interest and administrative fees.

• Delivery dates are estimates only. Delays due to access, weather, or third-party transporters are not our responsibility.
• The Customer must ensure safe, level, and accessible ground for delivery.
• Failed deliveries due to site inaccessibility may incur re-delivery fees.

• Title remains with Containerbase Pty Ltd until full payment is received.
• Risk in the Goods passes to the Customer upon delivery or pickup.

• Used containers may show signs of wear, surface rust, dents, or repairs.
• New or one-trip containers may have minor handling marks from initial transport.
• Images provided are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the exact container delivered.

• Cancellations after dispatch are not accepted unless otherwise agreed.
• Returns may be subject to restocking fees, freight costs, and inspection.
• Refunds (if granted) are at our sole discretion.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied.
• Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or re-supply of Goods or Services.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss, including loss of profits.

• We are not liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, weather events, transport disruption, or government action.

• The Customer agrees to indemnify us against all claims, losses, or damages arising from breach of these Terms or misuse of Goods.

• If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
