Everything on this page: the fitted container, all equipment listed above, climate control, flooring, lighting, audio and tech. You receive full ownership and title of the container. If anything is not listed, ask us and we will confirm it in writing.

The electrical fit-out is certified by a licensed electrician. The Mitsubishi split system and the Concept2 machines carry their manufacturer warranties, and we pass all documentation on at handover.

A reasonably level base, typically 4 to 6 concrete piers or footings, truck and crane access, and a power connection completed by your local electrician after delivery.

It depends on your property and council. Container gyms are generally treated like a shed or outbuilding of that size. We supply supporting documentation for your application if one is required. For background on costs, options and planning, see our full cost and options guide.
